Encore Talent Solutions seeks a Director of ISP Engineering & Implementation to lead the teams responsible for engineering, implementing, and evolving the company’s core network and customer-facing technology. This role ensures network solutions are designed and deployed to deliver reliability, scalability, performance, and customer experience for growth.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in telecommunications or ISP network engineering with leadership.
• Proven experience leading large-scale broadband/fiber networks.
• Experience with IP networking, routing, VoIP, and data center tech.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering/CS/IT.
• Professional-level networking certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the ISP Engineering and Implementation organization, aligning priorities with strategy.
• Oversee engineering, implementation, and lifecycle management of core network tech.
• Develop and mentor technical leaders and engineers through coaching and development.
• Translate network architecture into executable plans and successful implementations.
• Develop capacity and financial plans forecasting growth, investments, and capital needs.
• Manage CapEx and OpEx, resources, vendors, and technology investments.
• Establish KPIs and drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership across IP networking, data center, virtualization, and VoIP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and deliver initiatives.
• Communicate performance and investment needs to senior leadership.
