Head of Investor Services & Reporting- Private Credit

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days in-office per week)

Compensation: Base $225,000–275,000 + Bonus + Long-Term Incentives

This role reports to a senior member of the firm’s Investor Relations & Business Development leadership team and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders across reporting, technology, investment, and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and oversight of all investor-facing materials, including pitch books, quarterly reports, factsheets, and portfolio updates.
  • Centralize and standardize reporting processes across BDCs, CLOs, commingled vehicles, and co-investment structures.
  • Drive responses to due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and investor inquiries, coordinating across internal teams.
  • Own quality control for all client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Partner with Investor Relations to support investor webinars, and key relationship events.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Finance, and Portfolio Analytics to define and implement a scalable data and reporting strategy.
  • Mentor and influence team members while promoting a culture of excellence, responsiveness, and client-centric thinking.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in client service, investor relations, or reporting roles within asset management, private credit, or private markets.
  • Proven track record of supporting or leading institutional investor relationships.
  • Deep familiarity with alternative fund structures—BDCs, CLOs, drawdown funds, SMAs, co-investments, etc.
  • Skilled in crafting and reviewing investor materials and presentations; hands-on with DDQs and data-driven LP communication.
  • Adept at cross-functional collaboration and leading scalable reporting and servicing workflows.
  • A strong communicator and culture-builder, energized by working in a fast-paced, growing, and mission-driven environment.
