Job summary

PPM America, Inc. is seeking a VP of Investment Content & Thought Leadership to elevate the firm’s investment voice and drive market-facing content. You will craft sophisticated market commentary, interviews, white papers, and bylines while guiding an editorial agenda for institutional audiences.

The role partners with PMs and subject matter experts to deliver timely, differentiated perspectives and align content with firm priorities and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong editorial judgment to identify timely, relevant and commercially useful content.
• Market fluency across asset classes and investment strategies.
• Excellent interviewing skills with senior investment professionals.
• Ability to simplify complex topics without losing substance or credibility.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Own investment content strategy and editorial planning for market commentary and thought leadership.
• Develop high-quality content including white papers, narratives, and executive bylines.
• Partner with PMs and SMEs to prepare interviews and translate insights into content.
• Build a proactive content roadmap aligned to business priorities and campaigns.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and editorial standards across channels.
• Activate content across campaigns, presentations, websites, social media, and client communications.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Investments, Legal & Compliance, Product, and other teams.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field

Advanced degree or relevant investment industry credential
