Progress Residential PM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Director of Inventory and Procurement Systems to lead multi-level teams overseeing digital spend and catalog architecture in Coupa, plus direct inventory strategy and distribution planning. The role aims to deploy a category management approach that improves performance, reduces cost, and mitigates risk.

The position requires 10+ years in supply chain, strong Coupa experience, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Chain.
• Experience with Coupa and procurement software.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, economics, data analytics, or business administration.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% (5–10 trips/year).

Responsibilities

• Oversee catalog, procurement governance, and supplier punch-out catalogs in Coupa.
• Direct strategy for direct purchase inventory and stock optimization.
• Standardize warehouse operations and inventory tracking across centers.
• Lead Managers and a sub-team of Specialists and Analysts.
• Manage supplier performance (Cost, Quality, Delivery).
• Develop and own SRM to ensure supplier accountability.
• Stay current on industry trends to mitigate risk.
• Own contracting strategy and negotiation.
• Develop and deploy departmental policies and processes.
