Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Platform Product Manager to lead the IDP strategy, roadmap, governance, and developer experience across enterprise systems. This remote role spans multiple markets in the United States and focuses on creating self-service capabilities, analytics, and GitOps-enabled IaC.

You will partner with Platform Engineering, DevOps, and security teams to drive adoption, measure outcomes, and deliver golden paths and service catalogs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years in applications development, analysis or engineering.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of experience.
• 5+ years leading Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud, or Infra teams.
