Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years in accounting/audit with complex engagements.
• Strong risk management knowledge.
• Ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Strategic oversight of the annual audit plan across corporate shared services; align with business priorities.
• Oversee all phases of the audit lifecycle (risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, reporting, follow-up).
• Guide teams delivering assurance and advisory engagements; approve audit planning, testing, documentation.
• Assess enterprise and business risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to close audit findings in a timely manner.
• Oversee external audit support testing and remediation efforts as needed.
• Provide ongoing audit and risk advisory guidance as products and operations evolve.
