Job summary

Intermountain Centers in Arizona is seeking a Senior Director of Integrated Health Operations to advance the alignment of behavioral health and physical health services. You will optimize workflows, manage access, and collaborate with medical and behavioral health leaders to sustain a seamless continuum of care.

The role focuses on cross-functional partnership, staff training, and data-driven improvements across sites and modalities, including telehealth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 7+ years of healthcare operations leadership in integrated or behavioral health systems.
• Experience in workflow design, provider operations, or care integration initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of managed care, payer requirements, utilization processes, and access-to-care standards.
• Experience using EHR platforms to support workflow optimization and integration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration and system coordination across behavioral health and medical health service lines.
• Map, assess, and optimize workflows for referrals, intake, scheduling, medication management, follow-up, and panel management.
• Standardize procedures across sites and modalities (in-person, telehealth) to reduce variability and improve access.
• Analyze provider panel volume and scheduling to inform capacity and staffing strategies.
• Support member services processes and define metrics related to access, engagement, and experience.
• Develop training curricula for ancillary staff and promote consistent practices across locations.
• Support EHR and reporting enhancements for scheduling, care coordination, and data needs.
