Qualifications

• Requires RN/LVN/LPN/LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/LMSW licensure active in state.
• Proven customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees team performance for care management, utilization management, transition of care, behavioral health, LTSS, or special programs.
• Facilitates integrated proactive healthcare services management meeting regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Leads day-to-day operations and ensures staffing, productivity and performance metrics.
• Ensures care delivery aligns with Molina’s customer service standards and supports high-risk members.
