Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field.
• At least six years of progressively responsible experience in the design, development, and operation of Information and Analytics Department initiatives.
• Or a combination of education and experience as described above.

Responsibilities

• Strategically direct the Information and Analytics systems integration, analytics, reporting, document management, and workflow automation initiatives.
• Develop and execute department strategy and program plans aligned with Division of Data Management.
• Lead requirements collection from all Prince William Water divisions and align work products with priorities.
• Plan and administer department policies, SLAs, and resources; manage staff and performance.
• Deliver briefings to senior management.
• Manage vendor contracts and monitor performance.
