Job summary

Prince William Water seeks an Internal Project Manager/Systems Support professional to lead IT upgrades, analytics, and data integration across finance, customer service, engineering, and operations. The role includes RFP/SOW work, serving senior management, and developing automated interfaces between applications.

You will work hybrid with on-site and remote capabilities, supporting Cityworks, Oracle Primavera, J.D. Edwards, SharePoint, PowerBI, Cayenta, and more.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management principles, systems analysis, and programming
• Ability to communicate with clients in non-technical terms and document work clearly
• Extensive knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Cayenta, Cityworks, SharePoint, Aveva OSI PI, Microsoft PowerBI, Oracle Primavera, J.D. Edwards, and databases
• Proficiency with Windows server and desktop environments

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for internal IT upgrades, installations, and enhancements with RFPs, SOWs, charters, milestones and deliverables
• Provide senior management with product plans for budgeting and future initiatives
• Analyze application requirements and configure software and data flows for value
• Perform financial analysis, reporting, and integration to meet business needs
• Collaborate with users to define operational requirements and best solutions
• Develop procedures and interfaces between applications and oversee data management
