Duolingo seeks a senior leader, Head of Community & Influencers, to own UGC reach, creator partnerships, and growth across all Duolingo verticals.

You will define the vision for influencer engagement, partner with senior leaders across marketing, product, and data science, and build a high-performing team across influencer, creator, and community functions. This role reports to the Head of Brand Marketing.

As Head of Community & Influencers, you’ll build and own the function responsible for UGC reach, word‑of‑mouth acquisition, and creator‑driven growth across all Duolingo verticals.

This is a leadership role with broad strategic scope. You’ll define the vision for how Duolingo engages influencers, creator partners, and our global learner community — from celebrity partnerships to superfan advocacy programs to community experiences in and out of app. You’ll work at the intersection of brand, product, and growth, partnering directly with senior leaders across marketing, product, and data science to architect systems that compound organic distribution over time.

The offered salary is dependent upon several factors, including work experience, skills, and internal peer comparisons. The posted range is subject to change in the future. Salary Range:

$196,000 - $294,000 USD
