Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs team activity across multiple categories and sourcing strategies.
• Provides leadership and feedback to direct reports.
• Collaborates with leaders outside category span of control.
• Executes RFI/RFP processes and supplier negotiations with cross-functional teams.
• Develops cost-reduction plans using spend data and category analytics.
• Monitors supplier performance and ensures contractual requirements are met.
• Leads category meetings and drives supplier relationship improvements.
