Qualifications

10 years work experience in Pharma, consulting, or analytics.
7 years leading, coaching or mentoring talent.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA preferred.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders.
Experience with budgets, resources, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics strategy across Therapeutic Areas for CMG and US leadership.
Coach and develop a multi-disciplinary team across capabilities and geographies.
Drive forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, and access insights.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable data products and insights.
Ensure compliant, scalable analytic workflows and adoption of analytical products.
