• Create standards and streamline the recruiting lifecycle from initial lead generation through the offer stage and beyond.
• Represent the organization online and at industry events to build brand awareness and profile.
• Manage external vendors and department budget.
• Recruit talent for multiple roles while leading the department.
• Develop onboarding strategies and materials for new hires.
• Align internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process for candidates.

Requirements
