• Provide strategic leadership to Production and Customer Care teams, driving accountability, collaboration, quality and execution.
• Build and strengthen Trade Partner relationships in partnership with the Purchasing Leader to ensure capacity, resources and quality standards.
• Deliver quality homes on time while ensuring homeowners receive outstanding Customer Care throughout their journey.
• Lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
