7Crew Enterprises in the United States seeks a Head of Hiring and Training to lead hiring and training across the growing 7Brew Coffee footprint. You will oversee the selection process and ensure standardized onboarding for new hires at each stand.

The role is based in West Texas or Oklahoma City and focuses on hiring 55-70 brewistas per new stand while building scalable training programs and a welcoming team culture for rapid learning and growth.

• Must have experience in senior hiring leadership and training program design.
• Ability to build scalable onboarding and training processes.

• Gatekeeper of 7Crew, selecting all new hires for the team.
• Hire 55-70 new brewistas for each new stand opening.
• Work with HR to onboard all these individuals.
• Assist within the region to backfill existing stands.
• Train 55-70 new brewistas for the New Stand Development Team.
• Assist with Baller Manager to ensure training is consistent at openings.
• Build processes within the training team to ensure quality and consistency.
• Create a welcoming environment for new members to learn and flourish.

7Brew Coffee is searching for a Director of Hiring and Training to be based in West Texas or Oklahoma City. As Director of Hiring and Training you will be responsible for the following:

• Gatekeeper of 7Brew, hand selecting everyone who joins the 7Crew Family
• Hire 55-70 new brewistas for each new stand opening
• Work with HR to onboard all these individuals
• Assist within your region to backfill existing stands
• Train 55-70 new brewistas for the New Stand Development Team
• Assist with Baller Manager to ensure training within the openings is consistent and correct at all times.
• Build processes within our training team to ensure quality and consistency for our team
• Build a welcoming environment for our newest members to learn and flourish
