Qualifikationen

• PhD in Physics, Plasma Physics, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead scientific programs and manage technical teams.
• Experience with high energy-density science and laser-matter interactions.

• Advocate for MEC science inside and outside LCLS and SLAC.
• Lead research directions and facility developments with the MEC instrument.
• Develop staff, mentor researchers, and foster collaboration.
