Alpinestars seeks a Helmet Category Manager to drive the North American helmet category, collaborating with Sales, Product Development and Communications to grow revenue, market share, and profitability while upholding the brand's premium image. You will lead category strategy and coordinate with regional teams to launch products and campaigns.

The role requires 5+ years in category or product leadership within motor/sport goods, strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in category management, product management, sales, or commercial leadership in relevant industries.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale, retail, and distribution in US, Mexico, Canada.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute NA helmet category strategy in partnership with Product Development and Sales.
• Manage category performance against revenue, margin, and market share targets.
• Provide category insights and regular performance reporting.
• Support sales teams with training, presentations, and strategic account planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align launches and campaigns.
