You will recruit, mentor, and scale teams, set engineering standards, and partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure on-time delivery, robust architecture, and manufacturability across multiple product programs.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of engineering experience in product development.
• 10+ years of experience managing and developing 50+ engineers (direct and indirect).
• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in a science, engineering, or mathematics field.
• You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require visa sponsorship.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a hardware engineering team across multiple levels and managers.
• Ensure execution aligns with architectures, standards, and system-level decisions.
• Translate business strategy into functional plans and guide project delivery across programs.
• Collaborate with software, firmware, industrial design, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and regulatory teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve hardware processes, tools, and lab capabilities.
