Job summary

Workshop Venture Partners seeks a senior hardware leader to drive all hardware development from design validation through volume production for a flagship virtual fencing ear tag. You will guide a cross-functional hardware team and own end-to-end delivery.

The role includes ownership of electronics, power and RF integration, plus oversight of supply chain and quality systems while working on-site in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience with at least one product taken to volume production.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing hardware teams.
• Proficient in PCB design and low-power embedded systems.
• Willing to work on-site in Austin, TX.
