About Us

We are seeking a Warehouse Automation SME and dynamic Business Development leader to spearhead our expansion into modern warehousing solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a highly driven individual with industry experience to shape the growth of a rapidly scaling division focused on high-impact automation strategies.

You’ll wear many hats early on - leading sales, developing strategy, crafting go-to-market materials, and managing key client relationships. Your ability to bring industry contacts and think like both a hunter and a strategist will be essential in modernizing warehouse operations for major B2B clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for warehouse automation solutions
  • Lead direct sales efforts with a focus on B2B clients
  • Identify, engage, and close opportunities with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., medical device, food & beverage)
  • Customize solutions for client-specific warehouse needs and lead tailored proposal development
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver warehouse management systems
  • Manage full-cycle projects in the early stage of the business unit; transition execution to operations as the team scales
  • Travel nationwide up to 75% to client sites
Qualifications
  • 10–15 years in the warehouse automation industry
  • Deep knowledge of ASRS, WMS, ERP integration, AGV systems, and conveyors
  • Proven success in B2B solution sales and strategy
  • Experience managing proposals, budgets, and leading technical sales cycles
  • Ability to work independently and scale business from the ground up
