One of our companies is currently looking for a Head of Growth (User Acquisition) in Worldwide.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced growth leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of scaling digital products. You will take full ownership of user acquisition and paid media campaigns, directly managing strategy and execution across multiple performance channels. From building high-velocity creative testing loops to optimizing funnels and scaling new acquisition sources, you'll be instrumental in driving the next stage of growth. You'll work hands-on from day one, with the opportunity to build and lead a growth team once traction is proven.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google, along with direct-buy and programmatic networks
  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies focused on optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV
  • Oversee creative testing, landing page optimization, and campaign performance analysis
  • Lead the creative briefing process in collaboration with product and content teams
  • Build internal reporting systems to guide data-driven decision-making
  • Explore new traffic sources and build strategic partnerships to secure premium placements
  • Systematize and automate campaign processes for scalable growth
  • Hire and manage a team of performance marketers as growth milestones are reached
  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with hands-on campaign management
  • Proven success in scaling paid campaigns with measurable business outcomes
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing tools, tracking setups, and analytics platforms
  • Experience in direct-response marketing (e.g., DTC, gaming, high-ticket funnels)
  • Strong skills in creative strategy and performance-focused ad testing
  • Proficiency in using platforms such as Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with rapid iteration cycles and minimal oversight
  • Strong communication skills and full fluency in English
  • Bonus: Familiarity with compliance-sensitive traffic sources or NSFW content
  • Fully remote position — work from anywhere in the world
