Your Mission:

As part of the Engine team, you'll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here's what you'll take charge of:

  • [Responsibility #1]: Lead and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts to drive revenue and customer growth across all aspects of Engine's web and mobile platforms.
  • [Responsibility #2]: Own the end-to-end product experience—from top-of-funnel in partnership with marketing through to our web and mobile platforms—with the goal of maximizing customer acquisition and retention.
  • [Responsibility #3]: Leverage data to inform product and business decisions that drive growth at Engine. Design and run experiments to continuously optimize outcomes and maximize impact.
  • [Responsibility #4]: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap across our B2B and B2C PLG product offerings to unlock maximum growth. Drive timely delivery while inspiring your team to consistently perform at their highest level.

What You'll Bring to Engine:

We're looking for someone who's ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Product and Growth with at least 5+ years of experience leading and building teams.
  • Skills: You have a sharp product intuition, strong analytical and experimentation skills, a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C growth levers, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven outcomes across the entire customer journey.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are great at SQL, A/B testing, analytic and visualization tools.
  • Mindset: You're ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.

Cash compensation: Compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise. This role is also eligible to receive equity compensation.
