From auto loans and leases to gas, service, and insurance, Fasten turns everyday vehicle expenses into dealership loyalty and long-term rewards. With car prices up more than 30% since 2020 and new tariffs on the horizon, affordability has become the defining challenge in auto retail. Fasten helps solve this by returning real value on every dollar spent and creating true dealership loyalty.

The company operates across both B2C and B2B2C channels, with consumers able to apply directly or through partner auto dealers. They're backed by top auto operators and fintech leaders and are hiring a Head of Growth to own the full customer journey, scale partner-led acquisition, and build out the growth team post-Series A.

What You'll Do

Marketing Strategy and Ownership

  • Serve as Fasten's first full-time marketing lead, owning all core marketing functions across lifecycle, growth, and partner enablement
  • Define and execute marketing strategy across B2C and B2B2C channels, working closely with product, partnerships, and ops

Growth Marketing

  • Build and test acquisition strategies across digital, in-store, referral, and event-driven channels
  • Design and run performance marketing campaigns (Google, paid social, and dealer co-marketing pilots)
  • Develop incentive structures to drive card sign-ups and repeat usage across consumer and dealership-facing campaigns
  • Track key funnel metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) and refine messaging and spend allocation based on performance
  • Leverage AI tools to rapidly develop and iterate on marketing content, copy, and creative assets across channels

Lifecycle and Performance Marketing

  • Select and implement lifecycle and performance marketing platforms (Braze, Segment, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Design and launch multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging
  • Build behavior-based triggers, A/B tests, and campaign reporting dashboards
  • Drive customer activation, re-engagement, and loyalty through personalized journeys
  • Own performance tracking across acquisition, activation, retention, and churn

Dealer-Led Growth Programs

  • Create marketing playbooks and toolkits for dealerships and F&I providers
  • Partner with ops and business development to scale in-store activation and service-lane promotions
  • Support geographic test markets and event-based campaigns
You Might Be a Fit If You
  • Have 5–10 years in marketing, growth, or lifecycle roles in fintech, consumer financial products, or marketplaces
  • Have owned both strategy and hands-on execution
  • Are experienced in B2C and B2B2C marketing models
  • Are analytical, scrappy, and energized by early-stage ownership
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate content creation and marketing asset development
  • Bonus: have worked on card products, rewards platforms, or automotive services
