The Role

We're looking for a Head of Growth & Demand Generation who will be responsible for executing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and leads. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative, and experimental environments -someone who loves trying non-traditional marketing tactics just as much as the tried-and-true playbooks.

What You'll Be Doing

• End-to-End Execution : Take our 12-month strategic marketing plan and bring it to life- fast .
• Guerrilla Marketing & Growth Hacking : Constantly push the boundaries-flash mobs? Pop-up experiences? Attention-grabbing stunts? We're open to wild ideas.
• Content & Thought Leadership : Drive awareness with a data-backed narrative on why brands must own their communities.
• Event-Led Growth : Plan underground product leader dinners, tech walks, and industry panels-leveraging them for high-value lead gen.
• Dark Social & Unconventional Plays : Experiment with organic pressure tactics-like getting users of top apps to demand community features .
• Paid & Earned Media : Get our message in front of the right people, whether through performance marketing, PR stunts, or influencer partnerships .
• Community-Led Growth : Build our ambassador program to get industry insiders talking about Social+.
• Relentless Iteration & Experimentation : Measure, learn, pivot. Better done than perfect -we prioritize speed & execution over endless planning.

What You Bring :

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or brand marketing -ideally in B 2B SaaS, community platforms, or consumer tech .
• Proven track record of driving awareness and leads through both conventional & unconventional marketing tactics.
• Experience with field marketing, event-based lead gen, PR & influencer outreach, and paid digital marketing .
• Strong content marketing & storytelling skills -you know how to create narratives that drive engagement.
• Experience in a remote-first, decentralized work environment -you thrive in autonomy and own your outcomes .
• A bias for action -you don't overthink; you execute, test, and improve.
