Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with active Florida license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and guides the Nursing Graduate programs.
• Evaluates and selects the prospective program’s candidates.
• Oversees new student orientations.
• Lead faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation per Board guidelines.
• Develops instructor pool to ensure appropriate instructor-student ratio.
• Maintains clinical agreements and sources new clinical sites.
• Ensures syllabi and schedules across campuses; ensures hours of instruction.
• Prepares reports to the Board of Nursing and coordinates program publications.
