Job summary

Responsibilities include teaching DNP or FNP courses, coordinating practicum, recruiting students, overseeing OSCEs, and supporting enrollment forecasting. Requires a doctoral nursing degree, active RN/APRN license in Florida, and 2–3 years of graduate nursing

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in nursing and eligibility for graduate faculty status.
• Active FL RN or APPRN license, or eligible to obtain FL licensure within 30 days of hire.
• Two to three years of teaching experience in graduate nursing education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise Graduate Curriculum with the Assistant Dean for Graduate Program.
• Recruit prospective graduate students to the FNP major and review plans of study with them.
• Teach Core DNP or FNP courses and lead practicum courses within the program.
• Oversee OSCE within the track and coordinate with Clinical Coordinator to recruit preceptors.
• Manage student clinical rotations and forecast enrollments for track courses.
