Job summary

Menarini Stemline seeks a Director of Market Access & Government Pricing Analytics to lead government pricing calculations, support pricing strategy, and manage bottoms-up models for in-line and launch products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with Medicaid and federal guidelines, and forecast gross-to-net impacts.

A bachelor’s degree and 5 years in pharmaceutical pricing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Science, Economics, finance or related field.
• 5 years of healthcare business experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep understanding of Government Pricing, Market Access and Healthcare delivery.
• Analytical skills including problem solving, forecasting, contract development and financial modeling.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of government pricing calculations, analyses, and submissions (ASP, AMP, BP, PHS/340B, Non-FAMP, FCP, FSS).
• Coordinate timely government reporting to avoid penalties.
• Represent Market Access on cross-functional teams to evaluate pricing impacts.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and federal program guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and procedures for government pricing audits.
• Forecast brand gross-to-net, Medicaid unit forecasts, and price impact.
• Manage bottoms-up model for in-line and launch products.
• Provide GPO contracting support and pre/post deal analyses.
• Analyze market events and payer policies to shape channel strategies.
