We’re searching for a UK-based Head of GRC Services to join our UK Services team, so that we can drive strategic initiatives and deliver excellence across our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) services. The Head of GRC Services will lead a high-performing team and oversee the successful delivery of customer engagements to ensure outstanding client experiences and strong operational performance. How You’ll Spend Your Time
  • Leading the GRC team’s operations to ensure productivity, performance, and alignment with key financial and service metrics

  • Managing project delivery and resource allocation in order to fulfill customer requirements and maintain delivery excellence

  • Collaborating with cross-functional leads to create high-quality, consistent customer experiences

  • Coaching and supporting direct reports to inspire high performance and develop future leaders within the Services team

  • Driving improvements and innovation to ensure continuous growth, team inclusion, and customer satisfaction

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
  • Extensive experience in leading service delivery or project-based teams within GRC, risk management, or enterprise software

  • Proven success in managing multi-client implementation projects and delivering services on time and within budget

  • In-depth knowledge on how to manage performance metrics, risk, and quality across complex service portfolios

  • Ability to commute to our UK offices [insert number] days a week (or as needed based on business requirements)

  • Sincere interest in developing inclusive, innovative teams and shaping strategic service initiatives

  • A knack for working collaboratively across departments and motivating high-performing teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Strong and accomplished customer-facing skills and experience.
  • Experience in leading a services or project organization, specializing in systems implementation for multiple concurrent clients.
  • An understanding and previous experience in managing project profitability.
