Job summary

Veradigm Inc. is seeking a Director of Treasury & Strategic Forecasting in Raleigh to lead global treasury operations, debt management, and strategic financial planning.

You will manage lender relationships, cash forecasting, and working capital while driving process enhancements for financial health and growth. The role requires deep treasury experience, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with FP&A and senior management on capital strategy and reporting, including SEC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 12+ years in treasury roles.
• Experience managing debt transactions, capital markets, and treasury operations.
• Experience with corporate insurance programs (D&O, cyber, property & casualty).
• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Knowledge of multi-national, multi-currency transactions and consolidations.
• Experience with remote collaboration across global teams.
• Ability to solve practical problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual strategic financial planning with business and FP&A.
• Oversee debt compliance, covenant calculations, scenario planning, and compliance certificates.
• Conduct capital markets diligence to optimize liquidity and opportunities.
• Develop analyses on cost of capital, hedging, liquidity, and leverage.
• Support executive reporting for debt compliance and SEC disclosures.
• Drive business cases and lead transformation initiatives with FP&A and leaders.
• Provide insights to senior leadership on treasury process improvements.
• Monitor daily cash positions and forecast cash flows.
• Manage lender relationships and debt facilities, including new loans.
