About the Job

The Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Agilent reporting to the CHRO will lead the strategic direction and execution of the company's global talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with Agilent's business goals and values. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading global recruitment teams, building strong relationships and credibility with partners and business leaders, and leveraging technology to enhance the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive, scalable global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Agilent's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Manage vendors across talent acquisition, including RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) vendors.
  • Technology and Innovation: Leverage recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes, enhance candidate experience, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR business partners, senior leaders, and hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance Agilent's employer brand through innovative recruitment marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and drive continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across global locations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global recruitment teams.

  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and tools.
  • Data driven, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in the technology or life sciences industry.
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, HCI, SPHR).

Additional Details

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $201,280.00 - $377,400.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
