First National Bank of Pennsylvania seeks a Managing Director of Foreign Exchange Trading to lead and manage the FX trading desk, manage risk, and drive profitable client solutions for Commercial Banking. The role focuses on hedging, pricing, and market execution across client portfolios and the Bank’s own risk exposures.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 15+ years in related FX/trading roles.
• Experience with FX platforms such as Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, 360T.

Responsibilities

• Manage FX risk for clients and the Bank.
• Grow fee income through liquidity and execution.
• Develop hedging strategies for clients and Bank portfolios.
• Establish ISDA, FX agreements, and Dodd-Frank docs.
• Build client relationships with CFOs and Treasurers.
• Train team on risk management and trade execution.
