NEURA Robotics seeks a senior leader to drive frontend engineering and UX strategy across web, desktop, and mobile interfaces. You will guide the Neuraverse platform design, translating product strategy into scalable digital experiences in close collaboration with product managers and business heads.

Leading Frontend & UX Development: Defining the technology and design roadmap for all digital interfaces across web, desktop, and mobile. Implementing new interaction architectures and design systems — from early concept through to production release.
Neuraverse Platform & Design Development: Overseeing the end-to-end design and frontend development of the Neuraverse platform in close collaboration with product managers and business heads. Translating product strategy and business requirements into coherent, scalable digital experiences.
Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team of frontend engineers and UX/UI designers for all digital product surfaces: component libraries, interaction patterns, motion design, accessibility standards, and cross-platform consistency. Close cooperation with product management, backend engineering, and hardware teams.
Productionisation & scaling: Transitioning prototypes and design concepts into production-grade digital products. Design for performance, maintainability, and scalability. Cost‑effective tooling decisions and compliance with quality standards across all surfaces.
Standards & accessibility: Ensuring compliance with relevant standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2, iOS/Android platform guidelines) and design system governance requirements for all digital products.
Sovereignty in complex product environments: Making qualified technical and design decisions. Identifying pragmatic solutions, taking into account user needs, engineering constraints, timelines, and available resources.
Vendor and partner management: Selection and management of external design, frontend, and tooling partners.
Completed studies in interaction design, computer science, media informatics, or a comparable qualification.
At least 8–10 years of experience in frontend engineering, UX/product design, or digital product leadership — ideally within complex hardware‑plus‑software environments.
Proven several years of experience shipping production‑grade digital products, including hands‑on experience with component libraries, design systems, and cross‑platform development.
At least 8–10 years of experience leading interdisciplinary teams and managing external partners across design and engineering disciplines.
Experience working closely with product managers and business stakeholders to align digital experience strategy with platform and commercial goals.
Familiar with relevant accessibility standards (WCAG), platform guidelines, and design system governance processes.
Structured, solution‑oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset — equally comfortable in strategic planning and hands‑on product review.
