Uber Freight is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics Analytics & Optimization to lead the design, analytics, and optimization of complex freight networks at scale. This role operates as a strategic owner, guiding advanced teams to translate business questions into scalable, automated solutions.

You will partner with Product, Operations, Data Science, and Leadership to improve efficiency, service, and profitability across Uber Freight’s network, delivering analytics outcomes and data-driven

Formación

• Proven experience in logistics analytics and network optimization.
• Strong SQL, Python, Excel (advanced), and data modeling skills.
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI and large-scale datasets.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytics and optimization initiatives for freight routing, capacity, and cost structures.
• Manage a team of advanced professionals and set KPIs.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Data Science, and Leadership to drive decisions.
• Develop automated analytics frameworks and scalable decision products.
• Synthesize freight economics and outputs into executive narratives.
• Establish governance and ensure transparency of models and data pipelines.
