Job summary

Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A & Program Finance to architect a greenfield government contracting finance ecosystem. You will own the blueprint for program finance structures, EAC/ETC models, and dashboards, while leading DCAA readiness and indirect cost strategies.

This role partners with the CFO on budgeting, cash flow, and long- range planning. The ideal candidate has 12–15+ years of finance leadership, FAR Part 31/CAS knowledge, and proven ERP

Qualifications

12–15+ years of progressive finance leadership in aerospace, defense, or government contracting.
Hands-on experience building indirect rate pools and cost allocation.
Experience leading an ERP implementation in a government contracting environment.
Deep knowledge of FAR Part 31, CAS, and DCAA readiness.

Responsibilities

Architect the finance blueprint for a greenfield contract finance program.
Lead the development of cost accounting models, EAC/ETC, and dashboards.
Oversee compliance with FAR/CAS and DCAA audit readiness.
Partner with CFO on budgeting, cash flow modeling, and long-range planning.
Serve as finance lead for ERP rollout and reporting to executives.
