Job summary

TPC Scottsdale is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Department Manager to lead a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional service across dining, banquet, and lounge operations. You will manage staffing, training, budgeting, and adherence to PGA TOUR standards in a high-volume environment.

As a key leader, you’ll oversee scheduling, cost controls, inventory, and compliance while driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction. This on-site role aligns with the iconic WM Phoenix Open legacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with hospitality education or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising food & beverage staff and operations.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost controls, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise Food & Beverage Department staff.
• Plan staffing, equipment, and supply needs for F&B operations.
• Verify charges and assist with POS accuracy and postings.
• Maintain uniforms and appearance standards for staff.
• Adhere to PGA TOUR guidelines and internal standards.
• Utilize Get Orderly Inventory to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Oversee dining room, banquet, lounges, and beverage areas setup and upkeep.
• Sell meeting spaces, host clients, and manage contracts and deposits.
• Ensure quality and quantity of food and beverage production.
• Develop and manage marketing and promotional programs for F&B.
• Act as floor manager during meals to maintain service quality.
• Monitor taxes, tips, and other charges; operate POS per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol, tobacco laws and internal controls.
• Support annual F&B budget planning and cost controls.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
• Coordinate weekly team meetings and ongoing training programs.
• Forecast labor, productivity, and expenses; align with business needs.
• Monitor monthly and yearly revenue and expenses against plans.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
