Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the overall F&B operations, including restaurants, lounges, banquets, and room service. The role drives revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and financial performance across all F&B outlets.

This position spans indoor and outdoor environments, requiring mobility and strong leadership in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Exempt FLSA status and reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry; at least 2 years in a Director or Assistant Director of Food & Beverage role required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations across outlets, banquets, room service and kitchens.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and control costs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop F&B staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
