You will drive capability development, staffing, and processes, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial success while collaborating with market leadership and clients on site. This role requires travel and global coordination for large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in technical direction with 4+ years leadership.
• Proven track record delivering complex fixed installations at scale.
• Strong commercial acumen and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fixed Technical Direction strategy and team development.
• Represent Innovate within Fixed Market to leadership and clients.
• Define operating model and role expectations for Technical Directors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and commercial effectiveness across project lifecycle.
