Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; professional designation preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in financial lines insurance with underwriting and business development focus.
  • Proven leadership experience, including team management and talent development.
  • Strong broker relationships and track record of profitable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead strategy for Financial Lines offerings and ensure alignment with market trends and company objectives.
  • Oversee production and underwriting of Financial Lines; set targets and monitor performance for growth.
  • Build and maintain broker, client, and partner relationships to expand distribution.
  • Provide leadership to Financial Lines staff and foster a high-performance culture.

The SVP will drive the development and execution of business strategies, manage key broker relationships, and collaborate closely with senior management to ensure alignment with the company’s growth and profitability goals.
