Moneybox is seeking a Head of Advice to lead the Financial Adviser team, acting as 1st line supervisor as the advice service scales. You will drive performance, governance and case quality while shaping the strategy with the wider proposition and product teams.

You’ll oversee recruitment, competence frameworks, sign-off processes, and hybrid working in a regulated environment to deliver a modern, compliant customer experience.

Formación

• Proven experience as a senior Financial Adviser or supervisory lead in a regulated financial advice environment.
• Experience operating as a Certified Individual under SM&CR, with a strong understanding of case sign-off and competence frameworks.
• Strong track record of people management and career development for Advisers.
• Solid knowledge of Consumer Duty and regulatory expectations in advice delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Line manage the Senior Financial Adviser and Financial Adviser population, overseeing performance and development.
• Sign off Financial Adviser and Senior Financial Adviser cases ahead of CAS, and sign off your own advice cases as a Certified Individual.
• Own QA and governance, set case sign-off standards and competence records.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and competence frameworks as the Adviser team scales.
