Job summary

Aerflo is redefining hydration with a portable soda maker and seeks a VP of Finance to own finance for domestic and international activities. You will report to the Co-Presidents and work with Group Finance in Vienna, setting up the finance structure, close processes, budgets, forecasts, and transfer pricing, aligned with growth plans.

You will be a true business partner to the leadership team, modeling scenarios end-to-end from financial cases to supply chain implications and profitability

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in finance with 3+ in head-of-finance or senior controller roles.
• Experience reporting to an international parent or group, with consolidation into non-US standards and working across time zones.
• Strong technical accounting foundation; able to close the books independently and identify ledger issues.
• Real FP&A depth: you build the model, not just review it.
• Hands-on experience with transfer pricing, intercompany accounting, and multi-entity consolidation.
• ERP implementation experience, ideally SAP, on the business side rather than IT.
• Fluent with AI tools in a finance setting to speed up close, reporting, and analysis.
• Background in Manufacturing, CPG, or consumer products with know-how of inventory and gross margin.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting: month-end and year-end close, statutory and group reporting, and external auditors relations.
• Own controlling and FP&A: budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, modeling, and KPIs.
• Establish and maintain transfer pricing between Aerflo and the group with external advisors.
• Manage treasury, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and financing needs.
• Lead SAP and S/4HANA implementation from design through go-live and adoption.
• Build the finance function: structure, processes, controls, systems, and team.
• Partner with leadership on pricing, channel economics, capex, and new product launches.
• Coordinate payroll with external provider and oversee finance controls.
• Liaise with outside counsel on legal and compliance matters.
