Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager to lead Finance Analytics, redefining how data, automation, and AI scale finance operations. You’ll build data products, intelligent workflows, and tools that transform decision-making and efficiency across finance teams.

You will lead a cross-functional team of analysts and engineers, set the roadmap, mentor talent, and partner with Finance and Engineering to deliver durable, production-grade solutions that drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with senior-leader influence.
• 8+ years in analytics, data engineering, BI, or related fields with 2+ years in people management.
• Experience applying AI/LLMs to real business problems and building data products beyond dashboards.
• Proficiency in Python and modern cloud data platforms for data transformation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for Finance Analytics aligned to data strategy.
• Translate business problems into scalable data products, AI solutions, and automation.
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team and mentor analysts/engineers.
• Oversee data modeling, data quality, and production-grade data products used in Finance.
• Partner with Finance, stakeholders, and Engineering to deliver durable solutions.
