About RejuvaCare
RejuvaCare is a fast-growing health & wellness e-commerce brand building innovative solutions that improve people’s lives. We’re scaling aggressively across DTC, Amazon, retail, and international markets, and we need a finance leader who understands the numbers behind hyper-growth.
Role Overview
The Head of Finance will be the operational and analytical backbone of the finance function for a high 8-figure DTC brand. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead the day-to-day financial operations, FP&A, and cash management, ensuring the business has accurate data, strong controls, and the financial visibility required to scale. You will also be heavily involved in overseeing and reporting on daily trading across all sales channels and ensuring that each stakeholder is delivering as per the budget. This role bridges strategic planning with execution — turning the CFO’s strategic vision into detailed financial processes, insights, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering & Reporting: Act as the CFO’s right hand, own financial operations while providing commercial insights to leadership.
- Deliver weekly and monthly management reporting packs (P&L, cash flow, unit economics).
- Translate financial data into actionable insights for marketing, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead annual budgeting and rolling reforecast cycles.
- Build and maintain financial models tracking CAC, LTV, gross margin, and contribution margin.
- Monitor marketing efficiency (ROAS, MER, LTV, payback periods) in partnership with growth teams.
- Accounting & Compliance: Manage the monthly close process and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Oversee tax filings (sales tax, international VAT/IOSS where relevant) in collaboration with external advisors.
- Maintain internal controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
- Cash & Working Capital: Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Partner with supply chain on inventory financing, payment terms, and landed cost optimization.
- Support CFO with fundraising, lender reporting, and banking relationships.
- Systems & Processes: Implement and optimize finance tech stack (Xero, A2X, Shopify/Amazon integrations, BI tools, Checkout Champ).
- Automate financial reporting and build scalable workflows across AP/AR and FP&A.
- Ensure alignment of finance data with marketing/ops dashboards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop the finance team, creating accountability and clear career paths.
- Foster a high-performance culture centered on accuracy, speed, and insight.
- Act as a mentor and “go-to” for cross-functional teams on financial matters.
Key Requirements
- 6–8+ years in finance roles, including at least 2–3 years managing teams.
- Prior experience in a high-growth DTC, e-commerce, or CPG company.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, FP&A, and working capital management.
- Excellent modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/analytics tool skills.
- Track record of partnering with non-finance teams to drive business performance.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Accurate, timely monthly close and board reporting.
- Forecast variance <5% on revenue, gross margin, and cash flow.
- Improvement in gross margin and working capital efficiency.
- Reduced days to close (target ≤5 business days).
- Finance team performance and retention.
- Hands-on operator who can move between strategy and execution.
- Comfortable in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting where speed matters.
Compensation & Package
- A seat at the leadership table of a brand scaling to 9 figures.
- Direct impact on how we grow and allocate capital.
- Competitive comp + performance-based upside.
- A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high-performance team.
