Qualifications

• 7–10 years of industrial automation experience.
• Proven track record deploying robotics and controls.
• Deep understanding of day-to-day factory operations.
• Hands-on with rapid diagnosis-to-implementation.
• Experience delivering high-ROI operational improvements.
• Experience rolling out AI agents and process automation.
• Ability to lead multi-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across packaging, material handling, and end-of-line operations.
• Deploy robotics, vision systems, and control solutions across multiple plants.
• Standardize automation approaches and vendors across facilities.
• Improve line efficiency and overall equipment effectiveness.
• Partner with plant managers and engineering teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Build and deploy AI-driven systems for real-time visibility into production and performance.
• Own project execution from concept through deployment and validation.
• Ensure investments deliver measurable ROI.
