Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to advance analytics across environmental services. You will work with digital teams and SMEs to drive use of data analytics in water quality, remedial actions and operations.

You will lead a growing team and shape innovative analytics offerings for clients. The role requires a strong background in environmental analytics, IP management, and cross-functional leadership, with travel as needed to serve projects globally and locally

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; 12 years related experience; travel may be required.
Strong knowledge of environmental analytics and data platforms.
Ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assist and collaborate with CDM Smith’s Digital teams to evaluate data analytics technologies for environmental data across applications.
Support technical sales, design and delivery of environmental data analytics solutions.
Collaborate with local, national, and international technical teams to expand capabilities.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, scientists, designers and technicians to deliver environmental solutions.
Develop processes to evaluate ideas and initiatives for innovation investments in analytics tools and technologies.
