JCW Group is assisting a Dutchess County banking institution in recruiting a Head of Enterprise Risk reporting to the CRO. The role will lead ORM, TPRM, and business continuity, with oversight of multiple direct reports.

The successful candidate will possess 10+ years in banking risk and a proven track record in program leadership, regulatory examinations, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hybrid on-site role requiring presence two days a week.
