Job summary

Rise Baking Company, LLC is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Reliability leader to build and head a company-wide reliability organization. This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and Capital Planning to translate reliability into sustained productivity and reduced capital spend.

You will drive asset strategies, implement standardized maintenance practices, and oversee data-driven KPI programs to reduce downtime and improve efficiency across all manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 10+ years in maintenance, reliability, or engineering leadership in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and lead a new enterprise Maintenance Reliability organization with defined mission and governance.
• Develop and govern enterprise asset strategies for critical equipment and maintenance standards.
• Lead reliability KPIs and use data to drive improvement.
