Job summary

Trustmark seeks an Enterprise IT Infrastructure Lead in Lake Forest, IL to drive reliability, modernization and delivery of core infrastructure platforms and services. You will own operations, governance, and a service-oriented operating model across cloud, data center, network, end-user, and identity domains.

The role requires significant ITIL-based ITSM experience, multi-vendor management, and proven leadership of large‑scale infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, eng, business.
• 10+ years IT leadership across infrastructure operations and enterprise tech services.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale infrastructure organizations.
• Experience with ITIL-based ITSM and SIAM multi-vendor models.
• Experience with MSPs and system integrators and SLA/KPI accountability.
• Experience across cloud, network, identity, collaboration, compute, and hosting domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure build, upgrades, migrations, and platform implementations.
• Oversee stable, secure, highly available infrastructure services and operational readiness.
• Governs vendor management, MSP performance, and service delivery commitments.
• Establish metrics, governance, and continuous improvement for reliability and resilience.
