Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Atlanta seeks the Head of Enterprise Application Services to lead the design, build, run, and ongoing evolution of the firm’s enterprise application portfolio.

You will own application platform reliability, drive integration coherence, manage vendor and SI partnerships, and set a strategic roadmap aligned to firm growth, while enforcing a configure-not-customize approach and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Multi-platform ownership at scale: ERP, HRIS, CRM and other platforms.
• SI partnerships with world-class MSPs and SIs, accountable through major programs.
• Architecture stance: configure-not-customize as default; resist undue customization.
• Domain leadership: seven or more direct reports across verticals and horizontals.
• DevSecOps maturity across the application estate with secure delivery practices.
• Executive presence: represent portfolio to C-suite with strategic focus.

Responsibilities

• Owns design, build, run, and evolution of enterprise application portfolio.
• Ensure platform reliability, integration coherence, and vendor/SI partnership effectiveness.
• Define strategic roadmap and total cost of ownership for SaaS and SI partners.
• Collaborate with BU technology federation while respecting BU autonomy.
• Lead talent development and build leadership layer beneath the role.
