Job summary

You will partner with product, security, and AI teams to advance cross‑app identity security, expand the OIN catalog, and cultivate a high‑performance engineering culture across geo regions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading high‑performing engineering teams.
• Experience with public cloud (AWS, GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to partner with product and design for long‑term roadmaps.
• Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills across engineering levels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global org.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams including managers.
• Partner with Product Management and Design to define a multi‑year roadmap.
• Own operational rhythm with metrics and delivery processes.
• Represent strategy in senior leadership forums and reviews.
• Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and costs.
• Foster cross‑geo alignment and cross‑functional project delivery.
• Drive AI tooling adoption to increase engineering velocity.
